Florian Reinhardt’s EXIT series took on a bold new form at the Drivers & Business Club Munich, where speed, motion, and the concept of departure seamlessly converged. At the heart of the exhibition stood a striking Mercedes AMG race car, Ferrari 488 Challenge and a Porsche 911—mirroring the color of EXIT signs—embodying both the exhilaration of movement and the ever-present notion of transition. Surrounding it, Reinhardt’s signature works lined the walls, each EXIT sign captured in distinct locations yet unified in their symbolism.
In addition to large-scale pieces, an array of 11 x 11-inch photographs created an immersive environment, reinforcing the omnipresence of EXITs in our everyday lives. The juxtaposition of high-speed automotive culture with the stillness of industrially manufactured signs invited viewers to reflect on the tension between momentum and pause, between acceleration and the freedom to choose a new path.
This exhibition was not just a display of photography; it was an invitation to consider the intersections of movement, space, and personal escape.
